Specifically, it was me, sitting in the front room of the flat, making it up as I went along.
Bosnia did not win the semi. Iceland did not come 2nd. And Russia did not qualify in 10th, 2 points above Malta.
The point is, it’s the easiest thing in the world to start and spread a rumour around here. If I’d said “Belgium” instead of “Bosnia”, half of Europe would probably be convinced by now. And they didn’t win the semi either!
So take it all with a pinch of salt. The ol’ fellas at Digame and the EBU are actually pretty good at keeping the full results under wraps. What would they gain by telling anyone, after all?
