Friday comes around, and somehow life looks better at the end of the week. And this leads me nicely to today’s birthday boy. It actually dovetails nicely into following on from Ms G yesterday. She was an Australian representing the United Kingdom of Stuff. Today we have a Welshman representing Cyprus. He wasn’t alone on stage of course. He had a Norwegian, a collection of Brits and – my word – a Cypriot too.
We officially like birthday boy Jon Lilygreen at Oneurope. He was darn good fun in Oslo’s fair city and was always up for a laugh and a joke. It was a disgrace that his home country gave him no points at all. But don’t let that spoil your enjoyment of this masterpiece.
Jon is 30 today.
