This has accidental last written all the way through it. It has nothing that could redeem it. Eliza could be the sacrificial big 5 lamb to the slaughter here as it just fails to connect with the audience. To me she seems wooden and staged, in the same way that Kasey was the other day – it’s almost as though she is a rabbit in the headlights and is looks like she is just saying the words and turns away from the camera at wrong points and the slow walking beat is far from infectious and the slow beat is sleep inducing. The staging is Neutral and I can’t imagine Hendrick saying ” This time with Pyros” – even that wouldn’t improve it.
If it’s trying to be a seductive song, it fails miserably. It just seems that it is looking for votes and i’m really not sure where I can see this getting them from. I’m thinking 23rd – 26th unless she is told to look at the camera.
