Lovely Vaidas and Monika stand with their eyes closed for the “every time I close my eyes” line and reach for each other’s hands slightly awkwardly. They keep the kiss of the national final, and we may be in for another two same sex kisses as the backing singers move in to two couples behind them – they only high-five at the moment as Lovely Vaidas and Monika kiss but they might slip something in on the night.
There’s a burst of colour and flowers behind them, but there’s something a little bit lacking in the chemistry between the two at the moment.
I think I need to pop up on stage and perk the Lovely Vaidas up by shoving Monika out of the way just as he leans in for that kiss.
There, then you’ll have chemistry.
I’d probably look better in that frock too. It’s nice, but may not be enough to be remembered from first batting.
Still, Lovely Vaidas is lovely. Did I mention that?
