We are not to the having connection – but it’s getting there – slowly!!
Sibel has been spamming us with her every move for the last many weeks – but it was all worth it. Now, I am sure that you lot will correct me if I am wrong, but this song was originally written in English and declared as such – however, it seems to have gone back to being in Turkish with a bit of English right at the very end, so sense has prevailed there.
Now, there is lots of choreography in this one – which also makes it very good – male dancers point and dance around her and do all sots of things that you thought had died out in this contest many years ago – but no. Unfortunately, the song has been remixed so that she can be lifted onto some steps and the song pauses whilst she is placed down from them. In one rehearsal it went horridly wrong and she burst into a fit of laughter – and so did we!! Human pyramids and all sorts in this – it has grown on me lots and should do well, if not to the qualifying!!
