I feel old today. I’m a Riigi of a similar vintage to today’s birthday girl and if she were doing now what she did back in the day, she may have been in Malta in November instead of the Hall of the Mountain Kings in Bergen. But that was then, when child performer were de rigueur in the 1980s. Sandra (Caldarone) Kim was one such child star, and is plucky little Belgium’s only ever winner to date. Sandra is 42 today.
