Of course, the fair Principality of Monaco did come back again, but for 25 years Laurent Vaguener, born Jean Baudlot held the distinction of being the last Monégasque entrant, even though he’s actually French. When not gracing a stage in Jerusalem, Laurent/Jean composed music for video games in the 1980s and 1990s. Was he responsible for Donkey Kong perhaps? Laurent/Jean is 68 today.
