How odd. You wait ages for perceived swansong songs and then two come along at once. Yesterday was the Principality of Monaco, today is the Kingdom of Denmark. Our Danish friends apparently took a break because a bigwig at DR didn’t see Eurovision as quality entertainment. How dare he! If you want quality programming, what’s better than a load of countries singing the best songs they have to offer? The guy was clearly insane. So it’s perhaps uncanny that Ulla Pia sang a song with Stop in the title. Ulla is 70 today.
