It’s Saturday Week Zero, looks cool and rather overcast but still pleasant outside. Not that I’d know. I have not been outside for many days hours.
All a bit easy so far, as the others have reported. Our TARDIS-like apartment is bigger on the inside, and remarkably well-appointed, and in a beautifully quiet locale to boot. I’ve bagsied the sofa for sleep arrangements, and Oslo so far is more than we dared hope for! Even the official OnEurope Getting Lost En Route From The Airport procedure got no further than leaving Oslo Sentralstasjon from the wrong exit, immediately realising as much, and going back to the tram stops where we needed to be.
Today, however, is a pivotal, key, crucial, quite important day in the Eurovisionia experience. Ordeal by Accreditation System, followed by buying enough provisions to get us through the big national holiday weekend. All being well, we’ll be getting up close and personal with the press tent and meeting some enemy friendly bloggers from deadly rival partner sites sometime this afternoon. Fingers crossed!
