Latvia’s up first this morning. Justs is in a black leather biker jacket and a soft maroon t-shirt, and is alone on stage.
The stage is lit in greys to start, with a kind of road-stripe design once the chorus kicks in. Later in the middle eight there’s a nice sparkling effect. But there’s just no real energy about this for me. Admittedly I didn’t really feel this before I came out here.
If you do you might feel differently. Justs has the energy, and is holding the performance together well. It’s gone quite big in the press centre, so it might justs be me…
