Franko: Well we have dead cert qualifier number two. After a couple of bum notes and a false start, this does everything you’d expect. Ethnic, check. Dance routine, check. Good looking girl, check. Handsome boy dancers, check. If previous Armenian efforts qualified and finished top 10, then this surely will. I don’t think it’s a winner, it’s just a little too ordinary for that, but expect the votes to pile up on May 24th. Contradict me if you dare …

Phil: Number 14 of 19 so I hear. Wearing her mother’s old cardigan, Sirusho at least knows where the camera is and sings the song down it – but there is heavy choreography that seems to mar every Armenian Entry so far. Having said that, thankfully the vocal is very strong indeed – finally another singer that knows how to sing an uptempo song. In complete contrast to the entry before it – which it has now totally pissed on from a great height and has probably scuppered any chance that Bosnia had of qualifying. That has a chance of winning the semi final on its own right.

Nick: I only saw one run through and thought it sounded pretty rough, to be honest with you. Can’t really expand on that, and Hind’s on stage now so you’ll just have to trust other opinions for now. I didn’t actually see much of it though, I was too busy eating cocoa creme filled mini croissants from the local Maxi supermarket. Significantly more than I should have eaten for the princely sum of not all that much.
