I think I get this now. It’s a long haired guy looking all wistful into the camera and overacting slightly whilst an oddball bald guy dances oddly and rushes around the stage like a loon. It’s the OnEurope entry, essentially. I needed to give the MP3 more than one listen last night before I got it though, and it might be a bit of a stretch to get it on one listen. They’re still trying out a variety of backdrops, and seem to have settled on a red and a white rose, along with some shots of French landmarks taken from unlikely angles. I’ve come to the conclusion that I like it anyway – best French entry for years. We’re trying to think of French cheeses here, in the meantime, but I guess there aren’t any famous ones.
