The Icelandic Singer, Kristjan Gislason along with Gunnar Olasson, won the Icelandic Final which took place on the 17th February at RUV Studios in Rekjavik. After the Final, controversy reigned as the singers demanded to perform the song in English, claiming their right under Icelandic law to Freedom of Expression.
A Committee of RUV decided that they could not argue with that and the song *will* be performed in English in Copenhagen, with the Title “Baby”.The result of the Icelandic Final was:
