A supernova is an event that occurs upon the death of certain types of stars. To call this evening’s Latvian national selection lifeless might be unfair, but it certainly lacked the fire of previous years.
Latvia will be represented by Carousel singing ‘That Night’ at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.
Dagmar Legant and Ketija Schoenberg led viewers through eight songs. Results were decided by a jury panel and votes from the public.
