It looks as though Anmary has realised that she is now in with a genuine chance of qualifying – her performance has got more assured and she even through a “hey” into the mix. Her high notes are almost perfect and, to my ear, its the best one of the first four. I love this song to pieces, I suspect Europe might too after that.
Visually, looking better and better – she’s wearing the blue dress and the background changes work really well – although it must be said that the spinning background does morph into my nan’s front room wallpaper from 1965 at one point, but hey – retro is good, right?? – Not that much dancing to detract from the song too.
Qualifying? – I *hope* so, because it has improved markedly.
