It’s all about using those three minutes to get yourself noticed. You might just try one of those things, but our birthday boy Florin ‘Cezar’ Ouatu tried two. Maybe if he’d worn a hat at a jaunty angle he’d have won. Or maybe the large amount of chopped liver he was amidst put people off. Cezar is 35 today.
