I’m back, and I’ve picked a Eurovision legend today, from this year’s host country. No, it’s not Alf Poier although I can tell you’d like it to be. Today’s birthday boy has been on stage about six times as far as I know. He’s never set the scoreboard alight, but he’s tried hard. Maybe he’ll crop up sometime during Eurovision fortnight. I present to you Gerhard ‘Gary’ Lux. Gary is 56 today.
