CyBC are so poor, they have only sent Desperate Olympics for this performance with no backing singers and no chance….
She can sing this and the point is that, as has been said by people around me whom I trust, that this is qualifying. When it started and up until the last 5 minutes I was laughing my head off, now with a simple staging and a performance that is normal enough after Ireland’s bombastic Celtic-ness to get Europe going “oooh, she seems nice….”
It’s simply staged and sung well.
Sadly, for me, she’s in with a chance but it’s just that, a chance – it’s not nailed on but, and again its a rather wide but, if she does what she just did on Tuesday night, there could be rumblings at CyBC house…..
