The camera loves Sebastiano! – This is a good thing, believe you me!! – This song, in preview, could be too complicated to do anything – however they (SSR) have put this all together and it all works. Camera’s on the singer, hardly any choreography apart from him going down the catwalk and banging his drum at the end of the catwalk, backing singers with guitars are always a good thing and they actually *look* happy.
The only thing is the problem is the actual backing singers, one of them is currently a tad too high, clearly covering Seb’s voice and, in the final rehearsal, there was Pyro’s exploding all over the stage at the start and a curtain of flame during the song before he minces down the catwalk, which was a bit superfluous, but it will wake you up after the last couple of songs.
This song has Malta Syndrome, It’s happy, its bright, its well sung and staged really well and isn’t a mess Competent is the phrase we should use here, but in a good way
Ok the great enunciation game each year… What is a soudi-lite? Is it bi-sexuality? Grannies across Switzerland will be spitting oot there confederated muesli at that great enunciation. There may be better but I thought it was a corker
