Ah, that’s more like it …

Reports coming through that there’s WLAN in the Press Centre and the Areena itself. Therefore, we probably won’t be spending much time in the Press Centre, even though it’s huge and full of gigantic Fat Boy beanbags and bright yellow rocking chairs. I kid you not. It looks like an explosion in an IKEA warehouse in there, and certainly makes for a land of contrasts.

But whilst some of the assembled throngs will be asking Koldun if Minsk could stage the contest, or whether Gerli Padar can sing her 2002 Eurolaul entry to them, we will not. I can’t even remember Gerli Padar’s 2002 Eurolaul entry. Apparently she wanted a little nothing, so I’m told – and she got a lot of nothing, and she still wasn’t happy. Tsk.

Rehearsals are DUE to start at 9:30 Helsinki time tomorrow, so if all goes well there might be some opinions starting to appear by Monday. There seems to be some kind of Champions League thingy on the telly now, so I’ll be watching that presumably.
