So after Tuesday night’s shenanigans where 9 became 4 (the Spice Girls song no one expected or wanted…) The Spanish decided that we were to do it all again on the Thursday night as well.
Starting at a balmy 2250 CET and finishing well into Friday Morning, there were another nine hopefuls performing for your delectation, and the definition of “performing” really was stretched with some of this lot!
The results? Well In a cross between Going for Gold and Sanremo, there was a “professional” jury, a demoscopic jury which may or may not be representative of Spain, and a televote. Which definitely isn’t!
