So…… they promised us a “Danish Melodi Grand Prix 2.0” and what have DR delivered?? – well, they have dropped the word “Danish” so it’s not a total loss. However, the format (on the face of it) still seems to be the same. Ten in the final – with the winner decided by SMS and professional jury. No mention of the superfinal though as they wanted “Quality over quantity”…. hmmmm??

Well the jury song beat the clear televoting winner to the final. Is this right? or is it wrong? ( as someone once sung), not sure but these things happen with 50/50 but it will certainly raise questions as to how the songs were written and whom they were aimed for.
