I was watching Elnur’s breakdancing pirouetting werewolves, then suddenly remembered Du Er Fuld Af Logn from ESC 1986 and it’s a brute of an earworm. I’m not a great one for interpretative dance really – do werewolves actually breakdance? – but I suppose it adds a certain mystical quality to the whole affair. It’s shaping up increasingly tightly, I think that the moon no longer turns into a dove and flies away which, if confirmed, can only be a positive. There’s no particular reason why this shouldn’t finish top 5 in the final, based on vocals and general ambience. Still don’t really know why it’s called Hour of the Wolf, but at least the staging will make Europe remember which one Hour of the Wolf *was*.
Yeah, that’s decent enough.
