The Slovenian EMA contest took place this evening. Zala Kralj & Gašper Šantl were declared the winners, meaning they will sing ‘Sebi’ at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest when it rolls into Tel Aviv in the middle of May.
From 103 entries it came down to ten songs this evening. A jury made the first cut, sending just two songs through to a sing-off super-final
Viewers then got to decide which song represents Slovenia at Eurovision. The eventual winner picked up 72,89% of the vote against Raiven who scored 27.11%.
