Every country has to start somewhere. For many taking part these days, they’ve only been in Europe’s favourite TV show since 2004. But for some they have been taking part for a long time, even during that era of black & white.
And we have a debut entry today, from everyone’s favourite country that’s won seven times. Oh that’s right, there’s only one so far.
Butch Moore sadly died in the USA in 2001, but he was there in Naples nearly 52 – yes, 52 – years ago. he came sixth – not bad for a first attepmt.
Butch would have been 79 today.
