Do you know which is the only city to host two Junior Eurovision Song Contests? The answer, of course, is Ukraine. So I’ve been lucky to find the birthday of someone who performed at the senior Eurovision when it was held there. Birthday boy Geir Rönning was actually born in Norway, but Wigwam represented them. So he went to Finland instead. Sadly he didn’t make the final, but he was in good company. Angelica Agurbash (remember her?), Marian van der Wal and Selma didn’t make it either. Geir is 53 today.
