We at Oneurope have our favourites. I know we’re meant to be highly impartial and very even-handed. But from time to time a song comes along that we support without question. Every website will be the same (even though they don’t always admit it). So when today’s choice of birthdays came up, there was only one choice. And it’s official – we like Malta and how they always seem to be the jolliest people out there. Approachable, sunny, and some of them can write a mean little ditty too. One day I might even get there. Some Oneuropers were on the Mediterranean’s happiest rock when Dr Gianluca Bezzina won MESC and made everyone smile in Malmö. Gianluca is 26 today.
