He still looks like Ken Bruce and sings like Roger Whittaker – all he needs is a Scottish accent and whistling and this song has it all. The dancing, such as it is, is unnecessary Dino, just sing the bloody song will you man. Back to the song, I think it s a qualifier, but not as certainly as some people think. It definitely has its supporters but on merit and I think that it might be forgotten in this semi final (nr 2) and might just get in near the bottom, certainly no higher. The backdrop reminds me of Picture Box when I was a kid ( Non Europeans, check out YouTube for that reference). The overall effect is that of someone trying too hard with a song that doesn’t need to.
