And finally I’ve caught up with Croatia one of the three rehearsals I haven’t seen. I think this very effective as an opener to the second semi final. Well sung, just the right amount of choreography and easy on the eye and ear. I’m clearly in a minority though when I think it’s opener status and numerous friends around Europe will see it through to the final. But I still think I’m right so there!
Elsewhere the Irish are looking in serious trouble and they may just have entered a turkey for the second year running.
Latvia is just bizarre and impossible to vote for unless you’re related to them.
Serbia is just hideous but I wouldn’t absolutely rule it out of the final simply because of the number of Balkan countries that could save it. Having said that though, even the Serbians don’t like this so how can they expect the rest of Europe to? Stick to the ballads folks!
