San Mari-NO

A sobering thought, the two singers for San Marino were all born after I started my day job… Sobering indeed, in fact I’ll never be drunk again.

Oh wait, I need a drink after this. It’s three minutes of plodding schmaltz and the only redeeming feature is Michele’s smile as he sings his solo bits to the long camera. His hair looks a little weird as if it’s just been clumped on his head however I’ve just seen his JESC 2013 performance when he sported a huge mop so I’m guessing it’s a work in progress! His voice is bloody good mind and that’s after 53 cover versions in the brewery last night. Anita is OK but her voice is a little weak and faltering in parts.

There’s another globe here and lots and lots of flames on the backdrop and on the stage floor, watch out Anita, you might go up in flames love. I’m sorry but I can’t see how this has a hope of qualifying and it’s all I’d like to say on the matter.
