TVP – the Polish national broadcaster – picked its Eurovision 2023 song this evening, during ‘Tu Bije Serce Europy! Wybieramy Hit Na Eurowizję’ – a competition which already tops the list as having the longest title of the year. Jann had spent the past few days as the outright favourite to win with ‘Gladiator’, but his song was sunk by the jury placing it in fourth position. Their twelve went to Blanka with ‘Solo’, and when the public votes were added, she scored plus one Easyjet tickets for Liverpool.
