So the Olympics of song that is the Swedish Melodifestivalen relentlessly pushes through the pandemic with only slight changes. There are going to be ten presenters ( when 2 clearly isn’t enough, but i think its more to do with the proximity of people to other people) and the shows will all be behind closed doors but, failing that, its business as usual.
And what’s that business? – well it’s 4 semi finals of Seven songs, with the usual smattering of old and new names which you can readily read for yourselves below. Two each will go through to the final, with 3rd and 4th place battling it out in the Fifth Semi final for another two places in the final ( 12 altogether)
