Now here’s a song that spans boundaries. Written by French and English writers, in French and Spanish, sung by a Belgian. It should be an anthem to greater unity. Naturally, it didn’t win our favourite TV show, in fact it was beaten by 14 other songs.
Still I don’t think that was down to the voice of today’s birthday boy Jonatan Cerrada Moreno that it floundered. If you recall, there was an interesting array of things to perhaps put off the casual voter.
