We know all about those false flaggers out there. They can provide a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ to a contest, and there’s potentially the votes the country can get from the false flagger’s birth country.
Today’s birthday boy Victor Crone (né Victor Fritz-Crone) didn’t have to travel very far. It was a mere short hop from Stockholm to Tallinn to sing a song he co-wrote with Stig Rästa. We all know he won Eesti Laul and got two weeks in sunny Tel Aviv (remember when we could travel?). he breezed through his semi-final, although didn’t quite have the same result in the Grand Final. But we did see a whole heap of augmented reality. All very clever. Victor has also tried for his native Sweden. It might only be a matter of time before he’s back.
Victor is 29 today.
Grattis på födelsedagen/Palju õnne sünnipäevaks, John!
