So descending from the heavens the seventh act to tell us about their performance are Subwoolfer and, like Ukraine, this will be worth the price of admission.
Introduced as coming from The Moon, the guys come on in their wolf outfits with three dancers in yellow gimp masks and a space man draped in a Norwegian flag. Apparently, Keith is depressed because he can’t jump as high in Turin as he could on the moon.
Invite to The Moon
They explain how Earth is the last planet on their list of places to visit. It’s taken them this long to get here because the planet just wasn’t ready for Subwoolfer. Apparently everyone is invited to The Moon, although you have to take your own helmet and anyone with wolf horns gets in for free. However if you can’t get to The Moon, Norway will be hosting. They also like Italian food, seemingly and there are lots of bananas on The Moon – who knew?
The wolves were playing up to their characters at all times. Never speaking, and getting their HoD to do all the talking. At one point one of them ran over and took the Norwegian flag from an astronaut. At the pre-parties they said they had decided to perform lots of other versions of the songs and seemingly they then took the best bits.
More subwoolfing
After Eurovision, they will continue to produce new music as a band. When asked if they were single or attached, they nodded over to the three girls in the gimp masks. On the subject of telling them apart, it was pointed out how one is taller, one is stronger and the tall one is a bit weaker.
Now, granted, this was not like any other Eurovision press conference this year, because all six of them got up and danced including the moderator, who actually knew all of the moves … clearly SubWoolfer are the OnEuropean entry!
