After several weeks of High class Semi Finals, and a very strange to watch Radio och TV hybrid siste chance round, NRK have finally produced a final to be proud of, and there aren’t going to be many of those around this year.
The 12 performances were live in an empty complex, as we have come to expect, with the usual three rounds of voting. The First two got the 12 songs down to 4 and then 2.
