OK, so some of you might not have really ‘got’ yesterday’s black & white fest. But it’s important to remember our heritage, and the fact that there were contests before 2001. And so on that note, I’ve picked a birthday of a singer who was also in a 20th Century contest.
I’ve gone back to 1981, when birthday girl Emly Starr (née Marie-Christine Mareels) sang about the biblical character Samson. Everyone needs a Delilah apparently. Have you found yours and, if so, does she cut your hair?
