After locking Barbara Pravi in a cupboard for a couple of years and getting her to write a winner for France, someone else has had a go with the same result. To the chagrin of people on facebook who *literally* know nothing at all, Zoe and France have won the 21st Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
It was quite a close run thing in the end, with Zoe scoring 228 points and taking both the Jury and Televoting “win” to Spain’s 201 in second place, with Armenia and their inflatable dragon in 3rd place and the UK improving to 4th this time round.
At the wrong end of the scoreboard we have Ireland on the bottom with 42 points and Estonia with 49 and then Georgia with 74.
