So what the hell happened *this* weekend?

It’s the question I usually pose on a Sunday to anyone that cares to listen.  So what the hell DID happen this weekend in Eurovisionland?

Friday 16th February

• Germany attempt to get a decent entry and not to finish in last place.

Saturday 17th February

• Sweden continues to do their thing
• Denmark’s MGP chose a song that wasn’t “mid”
• Lithuania had a coronation… or did they?
• Moldova can’t understand a tie-break.
• Eesti laul in Estonia was a great piece of television, as it usually is.
