When I was young, quite some time ago, Cyprus used to put in a lot of musical styles and genres into this contest but in the Panik Records era, CYBC seem to think that the only thing that does well for Cyprus is the female empowerment “banger” with the predictable dance break on stage.
3Anyone who has seen Eurovision in the last ten years is going to know exactly how this is going to be staged on their first hearing of this song. It has all the requisite elements to be a decent song and, on video at least, it seems to have the performance elements nailed – it will all be down to whether or not Silia can hit all the notes in the right order.
Just my opinion, I’m sure that I will have offended someone!
